How to Prepare for Your First Visit

Your first visit usually takes about an hour. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid bulky layers so it’s easy to examine you and take digital X-rays if needed. Complete your new patient paperwork online in advance, or when you arrive while our front desk verifies your insurance. Please bring your insurance card and, for auto or work injuries, any claim, attorney, or other insurance contact information.

What to Expect on Your First and Second Visits

After check-in, Dr. Gavric will meet with you for a consultation before any X-rays are taken. He’ll ask what brought you in, how it affects your life, and your goals for care. If it appears our care can help, we’ll take digital X-rays on that first visit. Your second visit is your report of findings: he explains what’s going on, outlines a personalized care plan, and most patients receive their first adjustment. Urgent or severe cases are given same-day priority whenever possible.

Insurance, Accidents, and Payment Options

Gavric Chiropractic Clinic accepts insurance and is in-network with most major plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, though coverage varies. For auto accidents and workers’ compensation cases, we accept insurance assignment and work with adjusters and attorneys. We also offer cash and family plans, a membership-style ECS discount program, accept Health Savings Accounts, and take major credit cards. Ask about current considerations for military members, first responders, teachers, and students.
